About Michael Moland

Michael started his career in the Life Insurance industry working for JT Moland Insurance as an assistant administrator in while still in High School. After graduating college with his BBA in Finance, Michael started working at Alberta Blue Cross in the group sales department. In the 3 years he was with Alberta Blue Cross he was recognized as one of the top producers in each year. In 2010 Michael joined his father at JT Moland Insurance as a sales representative. Michael is currently a CLU and CEBS candidate and is a regular guest speaker at the University of Alberta providing “Insurance 101” seminars to the Faculty of Dentistry grad students. At 40 years of age, he already has 18 years’ experience in the Life Insurance industry and is actively working at growing more every day. Michael excels in the Group Benefits space, he manages clients with 5 employees up to 1500 employees.
